Installation and Support
Installation and Setup Support All new computer(s) are set up and installed by PC Corp. This set up is included in your computer purchase and will be completed within 14 days from receipt of PO. A CBE image is used to set up the computer(s) and includes the necessary network and anti-virus software, as well as a workstation name. Also included in this setup is configuration to one network printer. School-based software, additional printers and server access points (launcher buttons) are not set up by PC Corp. Schools that require further assistance to set up the workstation(s) should contact the CBE Technology Help Desk (294-8111) to request Technology Support onsite. Workstation Problems If you are
experiencing difficulty with a computer, please try to restart
the computer(s). If the problem persists, please call the CBE
Technology Help Desk (294-8111), and they will help to resolve the problem.
